2. Copyright: All images remain the intellectual property of Peyton Zino Photography. Copyright notices must remain intact if images are shared.

3. Editing: Images may NOT be altered, edited, or manipulated in any way without prior written consent from Peyton Zino Photography.

4. Gallery Sharing & Posting: Sharing of gallery links outside personal use is prohibited unless approved in writing. Peyton Zino Photography may use images for website, social media, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

5. Downloads & Access: Your gallery provides digital downloads for a limited period of 1 year from the date of delivery. After this period, access may be restricted unless otherwise arranged.

6. Liability & Image Quality: Peyton Zino Photography is not responsible for printing errors or color differences due to monitors or printers.

7. Refunds & Returns: All sales are final. Digital image purchases, sessions, and prints are non-refundable.
